$7.50 for each additional person.
Regular Season
Sept. 7 - November 27 and February 29 - May 19
$95.00 per night
Rate based on maximum occupancy of two people.
$5.00 for each additional person.
Value Season
November 28 - February 28
$85.00 per night
Rate based on maximum occupancy of two people.
$5.00 for each additional person.
All rates are subject to change and to applicable
tax.
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the basic rate is required to hold
all reservations. Deposits must be received within five working
days from the date the reservation is made. Deposit will be forfeited
as a result of any of the following:
- Occupant checks out prior to the end of reserved time.
- "No show" by 10:00 p.m., unless you have notified
us
of your late arrival.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
If reservation is canceled more than 90 days before arrival date a 75% refund will be issued. There is no guaranteed refund for reservations canceled within 90 days of arrival date, however, if we are able to rent the cabin for all the days you reserved, we will issue a 50% refund. No partial cancellations will be accepted. Unusual or extenuating circumstances may be dealt with on a case by case basis at the discretion of Frio River Cabins. Reservation will be held only until noon of the following day of scheduled arrival. The party making the reservation becomes the responsible party for payment and for the actions and behavor of all others that may occupy the cabin or campsite during the rental period. Absolutely no refund for early departures under any circumstances. You are responsible for payment of days you reserved-no exceptions. Please double check your dates. Policy applies whether you cancel all or part of your reservation.
Reservations
All summer reservations made prior to April 1 will be for
a minimum of four nights. After April 1, reservations for shorter
periods will be accepted.
Check - In Time: 2:30 p.m.
Check - Out Time: 11:00 a.m.
